5 TIPS TO SUCCEED IN NETWORK MARKETING



  I have come up with five tips which I think would help you succeed in network marketing. These tips won't help you if you fail to do the necessary;


I. Successful people are only successful because they do all the things unsuccessful people don't do;

What are those things successful people do? Successful people burn candies making research, meet all prospects they can meet and so on. 

So what must I do?I have to meet a minimum of 20 prospects per day so I can have the opportunity of getting 2-3 signups after they have been invited to seminars. Remember, not all you meet would agree to register.

Therefore, the more prospect you get the better chance of having a sign-up. You might even meet up to hundreds of people and yet only five sign ups. Your target should be hundred prospects per month.


II. Facts tell and stories sell; 

Try to utilize your company's contacting materials like; tapes, videos, books and ebooks. Share these materials with your prospects, new and old distributors and all your downlines on a daily basis. Use these materials as a tool of motivation to increase the love for the business. 

Don't over manage to your downline, you this is where we get it wrong. We are leaders not managers. Leaders lead by example so show an example to them by sharing motivational tapes, videos, book's and ebooks; which they can duplicate by also sharing them to their downlines for the purpose of making more success.


III .If you find your self quitting, you are probably quitting before pay day;

To be consistent is what most networkers lack in this business. Being consistent entails that you have to continue to put in efforts on a daily basis to increase your level of success in this business. 

Learn also to persevere in whatever situation you find your self. There would be setbacks and challenges, but only will you be successful if you strive harder inspite  all obstacles and challenges. In a nutshell never quit.


IV. If you don't have goals you won't know where you are going;

Some of us in network marketing have spent over 3-4 years but have not yet achieved anything. This is so painful, isn't? It is due to the fact that most network marketers don't have set goals. They never set goals or plan ahead to ensure that ends meet. 

Who's to blame for this? Take out a free period to plan your life. Set goals which you want to achieve in life, put it on a piece of paper. Place it on your walls so you can see it every day . Meditate on it and see to it that follow what is there and you would surely be successful.

V. Where you would be in the future depends on the books you read, the tapes you listen to and the kind of people you associate with;

Whenever you pick up a book to read, look carefully at the author, his/her background and then the title of the book or article. If the book speaks about something that conveys a real message,go ahead to read it but,if not drop it to avoid the destruction of your future. Same applies to video and audio tapes.

 Encouraging and motivational books, ebooks, tapes and videos are what you should read. These items help go a long way in making ones future bright.

HOW TO BUILD A NETWORK MARKETING BUSINESS

 


      I once had a call of a person seeking from me to explain to him how to build a network marketing business. As we started the conversation we continued lecturing and lecturing, but it was like we would never end the talk. More questions kept coming and I had to give more answers to him. 

Due to this experience, I decided to come up with this article, to enable anyone start up a business in network marketing.


What is covered in this article is a whole lots of steps needed to build a successful network marketing business, please stay focused so you don't miss any step and read to the end.


The strategy I would present to you today is what I call; the _MAP_ to success in network marketing.

M- Make sure you have decided in your mind what you really want.

A- A mind of willingness to pay the price is what you need..

P- Put these into work now.


M_ Make sure you have decided in your mind what you really want;

What is it that you want to achieve? What did you see in network marketing that made to you join? What achievement do you plan to get in the next 2-3 years coming?Is it the total time freedom and financial freedom?In network marketing you work only 6-8 hours a day for the first four years and get a high payment. That's if done diligently for 4 years. 

While in traditional business each man works 12 hours a day for a period of 40 years and still 90% of them have nothing to show for it. My dear reader if to you want to enjoy financial and time freedom, go i straight to a network marketing company of your choice and sign up immediately.


A_ A mind of willingness to pay the price is what you need;

Someone may ask, what do I really need to do in to this business?I have done all I could but it's still not working, what do I do again?I have tried my best, what task do I accomplish again? The answers to these questions are:

What you need is integrity, humility, learning, persistence and developing people's skills. You need humility in the sense that things you never thought you could indulge in, when you do such would generate an income which can last you a lifetime. 

A _CEO_ of a company after joining network marketing finds himself in a place he never thought of being in his life. He had to conduct seminars for his downlines in a remote and abandoned environment, for the purpose of making income.

I tell you that today that _CEO_ has achieved a success which earns him a monthly income of $40,000 per month, working at the comfort of his home. An income he would never had made as a CEO in traditional business.


P_ Out these into work now;;

Please sir, how can I apply these keys into my work? What is needed for me to do now? Who do I meet next?All these depends on you, how you want to make your dreams come true and when you want to achieve your dreams. Start working immediately, put in 7-8 hours a day for your business i.e working it full time. Then 3-4 hours doing it part time.

 During this period approach as many people as possible as you can. Ensure that you ask for referrals from anyone who rejects you. Finally,keep it in mind that never quit.

SHOULD I GET INTO NETWORK MARKETING?



The answer to this question really depends on you and what to you want to achieve for yourself. I might answer yes,, I might also answer no. But to help your future, I would say yes. 

Network marketing is a business for all categories of people;be you a man or woman, to girl , boy, students, graduate,old man,old woman, manager, employees, employed, unemployed and so on. All grades of life can involve in this.

But the question is this,"SHOULD I INVOLVE IN NETWORK MARKETING?", and the answer I will tender upon the question of course is yes.


Reasons to get into network marketing;


-You don't need a large capital to begin a network marketing business;

 With a little sum of $25 you can easily start up a network marketing business of your choice. After registering with no more than$25 dollars , you get a package for yourself that worth that sum or a service. Your capital is still retained and never lost. This is not a pyramid scheme where you deposit a larger sum and wait for a couple of days to know the state of your business. 

Network marketing is not a traditional business, whereby you borrow a large capital and invest it in a business which to you are not sure of making profit from it. In network marketing, you have a higher chance of losing nothing and gaining plenty.


-You have your dreams come true in network marketing; 

It is possible to build your own dream home through network marketing, buy your dream car, and travel to places you ever dreamt of. Network marketing helps make you cast by helping know places all around to the world. 

All these are possible when you travel outside the country for the purpose of attending seminars and meetings. In this situation you meet with different network marketers all around the world and share ideas.

Network marketing also recognises those who have been successful by awarding them with prizes such as cars,new home and taking them for trips around the world. Isn't this a great opportunity to join?


-In network marketing we have total time freedom which we spend with our families and friends

Quality time is one of the most important things we enjoy. We play games together,eat together, watch TV together etc. I love to help my children do their homework, because I'm privileged to do such. This is not a traditional business where both parents with their children, have to struggle for 8-10 hours daily for the whole week, month and year just to have a Sunday afternoon to spend together. This is a big opportunity which you can't think of missing out.


-There is a forty years plan and a four years plan.

 In the forty years plan, you have to work from morning till evening; Mondays to Saturdays and even Sundays for a whole forty years of consecutively and then out of these people struggling 99% have nothing to show for it. 

Then the four to years plan you have to put in 5-6 hours daily for the first and second years , then 2-3 hours daily for the third and fourth years to achieve a greater success. Which one do you think is best for you?

     I think with no doubt you would get into network marketing to start making an income that can sustain you through your lifetime.

HOW TO CONDUCT TRAINING IN NETWORK MARKETING





   Network marketing training session need be conducted; weekly, monthly or yearly as the case may be. This is to ensure that members don't lack needed quality to carry out their daily activities in network marketing successfully. I have come up with some tips needed in conducting seminars in network marketing.

       Experts in network marketing should ensure that while conducting seminars, they focus on:


1. Having the to right company with consumable products.

2. Finding a company with a lot of recognition programs.

3. Finding a compensation plan that rewards everyone.

4. Handling rejections from people.

5. Recruiting and training.

6. Over managing your downline.


     Above are the major areas where we fail to understand and end up later quitting the business. These areas needs to be explained during seminars and training.

Lets us then look into these areas one after the other.


I. Having the right company with consumable products: 

Out there are lots of network marketing companies, some have existed since 20 years ago,10.years ago,5 years ago,1year. Some are even one month old as new ones are yet to emerge. Those ones that have stayed over twenty years can be a trusted company;i plead that you go for these one's. 

Companies that erupts in a single day which have not stayed up to five years, may crash at any point in time. So be careful of such. Also some companies deals with consumable products,be sure that these products work effectively for the problem it's meant to solve.

II. Finding the compensation plan that rewards everyone.

Before joining any network marketing company, find out if its compensation plans would be able to cater for your needs. If it can't, then look for a better one. Let the trainees know that your company has a good compensation plan which would suit them.

III. Finding a company with a lots of recognition programs;

A company like ours which conducts recognition programs for its members is what people are mostly interested in. Members who struggled hard during the week, month and year should be recognized and awarded, so they would improve better and remain motivated to continue making more success and achievements.

IV. Handling rejections from people;

A difficult task to perform is how we handle rejections. It is very, very hard for people to accept the fact that they are being turned down by others. 

Handling rejections is one of the major problems to be solved. Also, beware that the more rejections you get the closer you are towards finding your best marketer.

V. Recruiting and training; 

This is one of the main problems, getting new members to join your business. Your customers may buy your product for his own personal use,,he may buy for others or maybe buy and sell to others. He might even buy and sign up to become a member. 

 Whichever one your prospect falls into, try to persuade them into registering,as it's the major thing in this business.

VI. Over managing your downlines;

Network marketers after recruiting a prospect manage that prospect as if it were a newly born child, doing all kinds of unnecessary things to make sure they succeed without quitting.

 But the most painful aspect of this is that these prospects or downlines end up quitting after only a few months in the business.

These points mentioned above are needed to be stressed out during network marketing training.

RECRUITING TIPS IN NETWORK MARKETING



    I have to make it easy for beginners in network marketing by publishing this article which would surely help you in recruiting new prospects into becoming professional distributors. A lot of people find out very difficult during their first few months and years in network marketing. 

This guide would help you in recruiting new downline and new distributors below are the guidelines to assist you in network marketing on how to recruit new prospect.:

A. Arouse the Zeal for joining the business. 

B. Speak your business with integrity and honesty.

C. Lay more focus on your warm market.

D. Invite your prospects to seminars and presentation.

E. Have three way calls with your prospects.


1. Arouse the zeal for joining the business."

have you ever thought of owning your own business?" "Did you ever look at other ways to make money?"

"Did you ever look at other ways to make money?","Are you interested in making a couple hundred dollars each month,". If YES"do you have 6 to 8 hours of your time a day to a achieve these?".These are questions which are to be used to arouse the quest to join your business.A person who is eager will surely sign up straight away as one of your recruit.

2. Speak your business with integrity and honesty.

 What do I mean by integrity?. What I mean by integrity is being straight forward in whatever aspect. It can be what you say to this prospect of what you do to them. Network marketing is not a get rich quick scheme. 

NEVER! Anyone that tells you that you register and in two days stay earning $200 per  month,is ok only t trying to deceive you. To succeed in n network marketing you have to work hard for the first 6-12 months of the business, after which you then start working lesser period of 2-3 hours a day. 

Ensure you are straight forward to your prospects and you would surely gain their trust.

3. Lay more focus on your warm market.

Who are your warm market? Your warm markets are those people whom on picking up your call and hearing your voice would be able to recognize you. Your warm market can be your husband, wife, brothers, sisters, cousins, uncles, aunts, daughter-in-law. It could be your next door neighbor, printer, baker,card seller etc. 

These set of people would easily understand you when you speak. Spreading a message or delivering a package to such people would save time,than relaying it to someone else or your cold markets. 

Also making conversations with warm market is easier than cold market, because your warm markets would be easier reachable than cold markets.

4. Invite your prospects to seminars and presentations. 

After getting a prospect , it's better to invite him for a seminar than to go straight telling him the whole business. 

Whenever you invite prospects for seminars,be sure to invite a minimum of 20-30 prospect at a specific date and time,so that you can be sure to get at least 2-3 sign ups after the seminar. 

The e more prospect appear at seminar the greater chance of having a sign up.

5. Have three way calls with your prospects. 

Someone may ask,"Please may I know the meaning of three way calls?". 

Three way calls is simply calling your upline in the presence of of both you and your prospect. Let's take for instance, you have little knowledge of the business, your upline has a more knowledge than you. He then tries to convince your prospect into joining the business. There are three participants in this conversation. Each of them. contribute in the conversation. By this method the mind of the prospect would be won, any doubt on any aspect would be clarified at this point.  


I assure you that if you follow what I have written here you won't find it difficult recruiting new prospects.
