RECRUITING TIPS IN NETWORK MARKETING



    I have to make it easy for beginners in network marketing by publishing this article which would surely help you in recruiting new prospects into becoming professional distributors. A lot of people find out very difficult during their first few months and years in network marketing. 

This guide would help you in recruiting new downline and new distributors below are the guidelines to assist you in network marketing on how to recruit new prospect.:

A. Arouse the Zeal for joining the business. 

B. Speak your business with integrity and honesty.

C. Lay more focus on your warm market.

D. Invite your prospects to seminars and presentation.

E. Have three way calls with your prospects.


1. Arouse the zeal for joining the business."

have you ever thought of owning your own business?" "Did you ever look at other ways to make money?"

"Did you ever look at other ways to make money?","Are you interested in making a couple hundred dollars each month,". If YES"do you have 6 to 8 hours of your time a day to a achieve these?".These are questions which are to be used to arouse the quest to join your business.A person who is eager will surely sign up straight away as one of your recruit.

2. Speak your business with integrity and honesty.

 What do I mean by integrity?. What I mean by integrity is being straight forward in whatever aspect. It can be what you say to this prospect of what you do to them. Network marketing is not a get rich quick scheme. 

NEVER! Anyone that tells you that you register and in two days stay earning $200 per  month,is ok only t trying to deceive you. To succeed in n network marketing you have to work hard for the first 6-12 months of the business, after which you then start working lesser period of 2-3 hours a day. 

Ensure you are straight forward to your prospects and you would surely gain their trust.

3. Lay more focus on your warm market.

Who are your warm market? Your warm markets are those people whom on picking up your call and hearing your voice would be able to recognize you. Your warm market can be your husband, wife, brothers, sisters, cousins, uncles, aunts, daughter-in-law. It could be your next door neighbor, printer, baker,card seller etc. 

These set of people would easily understand you when you speak. Spreading a message or delivering a package to such people would save time,than relaying it to someone else or your cold markets. 

Also making conversations with warm market is easier than cold market, because your warm markets would be easier reachable than cold markets.

4. Invite your prospects to seminars and presentations. 

After getting a prospect , it's better to invite him for a seminar than to go straight telling him the whole business. 

Whenever you invite prospects for seminars,be sure to invite a minimum of 20-30 prospect at a specific date and time,so that you can be sure to get at least 2-3 sign ups after the seminar. 

The e more prospect appear at seminar the greater chance of having a sign up.

5. Have three way calls with your prospects. 

Someone may ask,"Please may I know the meaning of three way calls?". 

Three way calls is simply calling your upline in the presence of of both you and your prospect. Let's take for instance, you have little knowledge of the business, your upline has a more knowledge than you. He then tries to convince your prospect into joining the business. There are three participants in this conversation. Each of them. contribute in the conversation. By this method the mind of the prospect would be won, any doubt on any aspect would be clarified at this point.  


I assure you that if you follow what I have written here you won't find it difficult recruiting new prospects.
